These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hall of Fame: Solitaire and other mobile applications published by AGJI Games ("we", "us", "our"). By using our apps, you agree to these Terms.
You may use our apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute our apps or their content. You must not use bots, exploits, or automated tools to manipulate gameplay.
An anonymous account is created automatically when you first open the app. You may optionally link your account with Apple, Google, Facebook, or email to enable cross-device progress sync. You are responsible for maintaining access to your linked account credentials. We are not responsible for lost progress if you lose access to your device without linking your account.
You may unlink a provider at any time, provided at least one linked provider remains. You may sign out of your account from Settings. If you sign out of an anonymous (unlinked) account, your progress will be permanently lost.
Our apps offer in-app purchases including consumable items, non-consumable items, and auto-renewable subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by region.
Our apps may offer a premium subscription that provides benefits such as ad-free gameplay, bonus coin rewards, daily bonus spins, exclusive character portraits, and priority support. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions).
Our apps display advertisements through Google AdMob. You may remove ads through a premium subscription. Rewarded ads (watch to earn in-game rewards) remain available optionally but are never forced. Ad personalization is subject to your consent choices.
Our apps include virtual currency (coins), consumable items (moves, hints, undos, spins), and collectible character cards. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded outside the app. We reserve the right to modify virtual item availability, pricing, and balancing.
Our apps include an in-app support system with an AI-powered chat assistant and a human ticket escalation option. The AI assistant is designed to answer common questions and troubleshoot issues. It is not a substitute for human support — you can escalate any conversation to our team at any time.
Support chat conversations and tickets are automatically deleted after 3 days. When you submit a ticket or escalate a chat, you may receive an auto-reply email at the email address associated with your account.
Our apps may send push notifications about game events, rewards, and updates. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your device Settings or in-app Preferences. Disabling notifications does not affect gameplay.
You can export all your player data (profile, purchase history, game progress) from Settings → Community & Support → Export My Data. You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data from Settings → Community & Support → Delete My Data. Deletion is irreversible. All content in our apps — including artwork, designs, text, code, logos, and game mechanics — is owned by AGJI Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Character depictions are original AI-generated artwork and are not endorsed by or affiliated with any real individuals. "Hall of Fame: Solitaire" is a trademark of AGJI Games.

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. AI-powered support responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGJI Games' total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 50, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them. You may delete your account and data from Settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain, except where prohibited by local consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
