AGJI Games ("we", "us", "our") operates Hall of Fame: Solitaire and other mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our apps.

Information We Collect

Anonymous account data. When you first open the app, an anonymous account is created automatically. This account has no email, name, or personal identifiers — it is used solely to save your game progress.

Linked account data. You may optionally link your account with Apple, Google, Facebook, or email to enable cross-device progress sync. When you do, we receive your email address and a provider-specific identifier from the authentication provider. We do not access your contacts, photos, or other account data from these providers.

Profile data. You may set a username and upload a profile avatar. Usernames are checked against a profanity filter. Avatars are stored on our content delivery network and linked to your account.

Gameplay data. We store your game progress, scores, card collection, mission progress, and in-app purchase history. This data is linked to your account.

Device information. We collect device type, operating system version, language preference, screen resolution, and vendor identifier (IDFV on iOS, Android ID on Android) to provide a localized experience, save progress, and comply with regional regulations.

Advertising data. Our apps use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data. On iOS, ad tracking requires your explicit consent via App Tracking Transparency (ATT). You can decline tracking and still use the app — ads will be non-personalized. If you grant consent, we may collect your IDFA (iOS) or GAID (Android) for ad attribution purposes.

Support data. If you contact us through the in-app support chat or ticket system, we collect your messages, ticket category, and device information to resolve your issue. Support conversations may be processed by an AI-powered chat assistant (see "AI-Powered Support" below).

Push notification tokens. If you enable push notifications, we collect your device's push token (APNs on iOS, FCM on Android) to deliver notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings or in-app Preferences.

AI-Powered Support

Our in-app support chat uses an AI assistant powered by Cloudflare Workers AI (Llama 3.1 8B model). When you send a message to the support bot, your message and relevant game context are sent to the AI model to generate a helpful response. Chat history is retained for up to 3 days to maintain conversation continuity, then automatically deleted. If you prefer human support, you can escalate any conversation to our support team.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed above, and only as necessary to operate the app. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your Rights

EU/EEA users (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or port your data. You can withdraw consent for personalized ads at any time through the in-app Settings. Google's UMP consent form allows you to manage your ad preferences.

US users (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what data is collected and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Settings.

Brazilian users (LGPD): You have the right to confirm processing, access, correct, anonymize, block, delete, and port your data. You can revoke consent at any time through Settings.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in certain EU member states). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security on our database, secure authentication tokens, and scoped API keys. Avatar uploads are size-limited and validated. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
